Air Tightness Testing
Currently, Building Regulations require a new building to be tested for ‘air tightness’ – with a certificate to ensure that it meets the required standards. At pemxq, our utilities team offer a cost effective air tightness testing service – with all our assessors qualified by the British Institute for Non Destructive Testing (BINDT). We use state-of-the-art ‘blower door’ technology to accurately measure uncontrolled air leakage and, following testing we provide a full report and certificate, all of which demonstrates your project’s compliance with all appropriate Building Regulations.
New Connections & Disconnections
At pemxq, we can handle all aspects of utility connection for both domestic and commercial developments – from the application stage, right through to meter installation and handover to the client.
